To ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable dining experience for all our valued guests, please take a moment to review the following policies before your visit.


Payment Policy

All orders must be paid in full prior to the commencement of food preparation.


Walk-Ins & Reservations

We welcome walk-in guests for tables of up to five (5) people.
For parties of six (6) or more, reservations are required to ensure availability and the best possible service.


Outside Food & Beverages

For health, safety, and quality control reasons, outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited on the premises.


Service Charge

A mandatory 10% service charge will be applied to parties of six (6) or more guests.


All You Can Eat

Our All You Can Eat dining experience is available every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Allergy & Allergen Notice

Our kitchen regularly handles shellfish, seafood, gluten, and other allergens. While we take every precaution during preparation, we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from allergens. Guests with allergies or dietary requirements are encouraged to inform our team prior to ordering.


Menu Availability

As we specialise in fresh seafood, certain menu items may occasionally be unavailable due to seasonal supply and daily market availability.


Right of Admission

Management reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who is disruptive, intoxicated, or behaves in a manner that is disrespectful to staff or fellow guests.
